I created an action with sub-action and created three actions under it. I set a Notes icon to display on the parent action. I set hide-whens on the sub-actions (when field so-and-so equals such-and-such). There's also another parent with sub-actions on the form, also with an icon and with one of the sub-actions having a hide-when.

When I view in the Notes 6.0.1 client, the icon on the first parent action doesn't appear. It appeared once when I first made the additions, but has been missing since. The button properties in design still show the icon. The icon on the second parent always appears in the client (so far). Anyone know what bug this is and how to counteract it?
